How it all began

"It started with a borrowed book and a coffee that went cold."

We met at a friend's dinner party in the spring of 2019. James accidentally took Sarah's copy of a novel she'd been reading, and the next morning she got a text from an unknown number apologizing — with a coffee invitation to make up for it.

That first coffee turned into three hours of conversation, and we've barely stopped talking since. Five years, two apartments, one very spoiled golden retriever, and countless adventures later — we can't wait to start this next chapter together.
